UPDATE: Karnation 20, Out of Jail. Last Three Detained Workers Finally Granted Bail

The campaign for the release of the unjustly detained workers of Karnation Industries and Export Inc. posted another victory last Friday, March 19, 2010 when Executive Judge Candido O. De Los Santos signed the discharge order for three more accused workers after they posted bail.

 

Update on Karnation 20: Court Denies Motion for Reconsideration to Revoke Bail Grant, Another Worker Released Temporarily

Morong (Rizal) Regional Trial Court (RTC), in a resolution dated January 26, 2010 but received only on March 1,2010 denied the complainant’s (Karnation Industries Inc / Pansy Accessories Corp) Motion for Reconsideration (MR) to revoke the granting of bail issued by the court on November 20, 2009  for temporary liberty of the 18 surviving detained Karnation 20. 

 

Update on Karnation 20: Four Karnation Workers Still Detained. Pansy Put Pressure on Judge to Revoke Bail Grant

Four out of the twenty Karnation workers are still detained despite the Rizal Regional Trial Court’s (RTC) decision to grant bail last November 20, 2009.
