THE WORKERS HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF ARROYO. Weeks ago, the clamor of workers’ groups for wage hike was once again revived as electricity rates and prices of other commodities continued to spike. But despite the government-proclaimed economic “recovery” purportedly indicated by the stronger peso, the Arroyo administration and the Regional Wage Boards rejected this petition of various labor groups.
